How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your subscription, you must contact us at least 48 hours prior to your billing date or your subscription will be charged. Once charged, you have 5 business days to notify us whether you want to cancel or pause your account, and it will take 3-4 business days for the refunds to be posted back to your account. After 5 days, all orders are FINAL and your amazing Wittlebee box will be shipped out to you.
Can I pause my account?
Of course! Please login to your Wittlebee account and click on “Pause Subscription”. You can pause your account for up to 3 months.
